Do you offer delivery services?
Absolutely! We deliver your beautiful new pieces right to your doorstep. At the moment we deliver across Malta and Gozo. Check our shipping policy for details.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times can vary depending on the item and your location. Typically, you can expect your order to arrive within 3 to 5 business days. During festive seasons delivery may take up to 7 business days.
What are your delivery charges?
Deliveries in Malta are free of charge for purchases of €40 and over. Purchases below €40 are subject to delivery charge of €5. You’ll see the total delivery cost at checkout before you confirm your purchase. Deliveries in Gozo are free of charge regardless of the product price.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging our items, but if something arrives damaged, please contact us immediately, with a photo of the damaged item and a detailed description. We’ll then arrange for a replacement or a refund accordingly.
Can I return an item if I’m not satisfied?
Of course! We want you to love your new decor. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 15 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, as long as these goods have not been worn, damaged or soiled in any way.
If you return products, we will refund to you the purchase price already paid by you, but not the delivery cost of your initial purchase. Also, the transport risk and return costs are borne by the customer. Bespoke and made-to-order items have different return policies, so please check the details when placing your order.
How do I initiate a return?

How do I place an order for bespoke art work?
Placing an order for bespoke artwork is simple, simply click here to be guided through the process. Once an order is placed, we’ll work closely with you to create something truly unique.
How long does it take to create bespoke art work?
Creating bespoke artwork is a meticulous process reliant on inspiration and moods. It takes time to create your perfect piece. Generally, it can take anywhere between 1 month and 2 months. A more precise timeline is provided during the consultation.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
We understand that sometimes you might have second thoughts or new ideas. For standard items, you can usually make changes within 24 hours of placing your order. For bespoke and custom orders, changes can be more challenging but not impossible – contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Can I cancel my order once it was purchased online?
If you change your mind about an order, you can cancel it before we deliver it. Please contact us at info@shiralivingdesign.com to cancel or delay your order, citing your name, address and order reference number.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we do! Gift cards are the perfect way to give the gift of choice. Available to suit various budgets, they can be purchased directly from our website and used towards any purchase.
